ive seen many great baseball players in my days. I remember seeing Dayrll Strawberry get 7 RBIs in a game I took my younger son to back in the 90s. A few no hitters from Singer, Ruess, Fernando, Gross, Martinez, Nomo, and Kershaw. Being a Dodger fan and following them more then any other team, I've seen some players have incredible games for and against the Dodgers. Fernando Tatis hitting two grand slams against the Dodgers in one game comes to mind. Willie Stargell hitting 3 balls out of Dodger Stadium was pretty incredible. Never have I seen a player have a game like what I saw today. Shohei Ohtani had the game of his life today. He went 6 for 6 at the plate, 3 home runs, 10 RBIs, 2 stolen bases and secured a playoff spot for the first time in his career. Oh yeah, he's also the first player to hit 50 home runs and have 50 stolen bases in the same season. He got his 50th and 51st stolen base and 49, 50 and 51st home runs today to break the 50/50 mark. Even if your not a fan of the Dodgers or Ohtani fan you've gotta admit that was a pretty good day.
