OMG, well you need to try mine. I do a German/Chinese infused kinda pork. Family recipe with some Chinese influence.

We had guests over last Christmas, a guy was talking, he stopped mid sentence and said "wow, okay, this is absolutely fantastic"

 

It looks amazing. Someone said to me years ago. How does it feel to be eating something that has to two eyes just like you.
