Spring of 1967 I worked at the Marshall Space Flight Center, anybody else here been up close and personel with a Saturn C-5? Like, crawling up inside it? I have. Hard to believe how loud those things were.

Oh Yeah !!! I've been there, heard & seen that. There is just no way to describe the experience. Not only does the ground shake, but so do you. The air vibrations that are the sound buffet your body, plus the awe of it all & I think a little primal fear thrown in too. The testing I was most involved with actually suspended the C-5 & then shook it. We'd then see what shook loose. It was wild.

That would have been great. All I saw were tests in Huntsville, Al. Hard to believe it's been 34 years since we stopped going to the moon.

For all those who think that the moon landings were a hoax do you consider the Interrnational Space Station and all the skylabs before it to be a hoax as well?

 

One of the moon hoax advocates was claiming that he wasn't sure if the shuttle missions were real. He used to work for Rockwell and is one of the people behind moon hoax material on the web that most of the others regurgitated.

The jury was deliberately stacked with OJ sympathizers and he got off scott free

I've heard all the theories about how the landing was faked, and it seems to me that it would take a conspiracy so large that it would be easier to actually send men to the moon than it would be to fake the event.

 

I dont think they did man. They didnt, cuz ya see, the establishment, is trying to lie to us man, so we can believe in the non-existent man. There trying to put the belief of space landings in our mind man...we must keep our eyes open...

 

It seems that most of the people here who think its a hoax, weren't even born when it happened. I think they don't want to accept the fact that there was major technology happening before they were born.

There are more problems with traveling to the moon other than just overcoming the technological shortfalls.

There's the deadly Van Allen Radiation Belt, Zero Gravity, Space motion sickness, and the fact that a single dose of solar radiation in a vessel traveling between earth and the moon would be the equivalent of several hundred X-Rays.....
