no i dont condone stealing but everyone does STUPID shit at some point and that was just one of those things ya know.

Yes the punishment that i got wasn't that bad.

But it still is bullshit that the principal still has my money with no proof that it was for the phone which is waht he said it was from. can he even do that ?

second, cops need proboble cause to search, schools only need something called reasonable suspision (at least in NY) which is basicly, "hey, i want to go search that guy!'' so for the search, no. but the rest sweems kinda sketchy
