Well I go to court tomorrow.. it's not about me

but it's still stressful

im being (fuck i cant spell the word)- they are making me go through even though im not being charged. i fucking hate this shit.

either that or sapenoed altho that's the word i cant spell. this girl i know was being abused by the ex and i was there once and i have to testify. i really dont want to but i will.

itll also be my first day riding the bus to school which takes over an hour each way....

 

well if you are thinking that the day is going to suck already tonight, then it most certainly will...oh well...its just two inconveniences...they arent that bad...so

 

subpoened (I dont know the correct spelling either) is the word they use if you have witnessed a crime. if you are subpoened you have to go to court

it's just,.... i really dont wanna be involved but she got me involved and i guess it's for the best. but i just gotta hope, riding the bus for the first time, i can make it to school and there on time. im a bit nervous about that....

 

subpoena, i cant ever spell that word right, and I subpoena people all the freakin time.

Its really not a big deal, if they even call you in to testify. sometimes they take a plea before the trial starts.
