What's your favorite WEIRD movie? I saw Gummo again the other day for the first time in a long time. I have always loved this movie because it's so bizarre. It doesn't make a whole lot of sense, but that's what makes it interesting... to me. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mBvatwg47-0"]Clip from Gummo - YouTube

I guess I'll go with Schizopolis; that movie doesn't even try to seem normal or appeal to the people. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=f2E7ArARdaE"]Schizopolis - HQ Trailer - YouTube I have trouble answering this. Weird could mean so many different things; and I tend to think of it as LOL random.
I want to see the movies you all posted here so far. I have not seen any of them. I racked my brain for the weirdest movie I ever saw....? Here is one I thought of....will be back with another or two....if I can remember the names of them.... https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CHfq1nEnwBw"]Is Eraserhead Your Worst Nightmare? - Movie Review - YouTube

Isn't gummo by the same writer and or director as kids? I've never seen gummo. Kids was a depressing movie. Being John malkovich is a good one. I also like eternal sunshine of the spotless mind, which is another Charlie Kaufman movie. Donnie Darko is a strange movie
Love Donnie Darko! I think The butterfly effect can be mentioned in the same category of weird movies like Donnie Darko.
^^I love Donnie Darko. I think I still like Being John Malkovich,I haven't seen it in a long time. I love Eternal Sunshine of A Spotless Mind, it's my favorite romantic comedy. Mulholland Drive is also on my list of favorites. Brazil is a great movie too. The two Jodorowsky's films I've seen, El Topo and The Holy Mountain. I keep meaning to watch Santa Sangre and keep on forgetting. Akira and Angel's Egg too, both great examples of Japanese anime, in very, very different ways. I like the Park Chan-Wook's movies I've seen so far too, Oldboy takes the cake. It's too bad that when I watched it on Netflix the subtitles were not synch properly with the dialogue and it really took away from the movie, but I refuse to watch dubbed movies. 2001: A Space Odyssey is one of my most favorite films ever. I love it more whenever I rewatch it,so it's The Shining. I can't really think of any others right now.
