On E-bay I was a successful bidder for a secondhand Kenwood Chef. When it came to pick up time, the seller flatly refused to give out a pick up address - it would not even have to be her residence- or phone number. After a number of messages and getting E-bay involved we agreed to a cancellation of transaction. Maybe she was disappointed with the winning price. She would have ended up paying insertion and final sale fee without selling the item. Does anyone else think she has mental health issues?
