    Here is my story...

I've been living at my girlfriend's house for about 4 months now and when I got here I was about 175 lbs (I thought I was big at that point). About two weeks ago I weighed myself because I thought I put on a couple of pounds but I never thought that I would have weighed 190 lbs. So I told myself that I was going to go on a diet and the first week I lost 3 lbs. I was really proud of myself but I just got off the scale again and I have gained all the weight back.

So I am wondering if anyone could give me any websites, tips, advice or even things that have worked for them to lose wieght. I am 5'9", medium build and have a goal of 165 lbs. It doesn't matter how fast if I lose just one pound a week but I'm sick of looking at myself in the mirror everyday because in my own opinion I am really gross.

I don't have a lot of money to go to the gym but when I move in September up to North Bay I'm going to try and get back into the YMCA. I also try to practice yoga everyday just for general well being.

    Thank you very much,
    Brian
