Not sure if this is the right forum for the topic, but I'll give it a shot! I've been doing the Weight Watchers freestyle program since the beginning of this year. Anyone else using it? Any other preferred weight loss programs?
About 15 years ago I was getting a pot belly. I stopped eating all carbs ,root veg , fruit juice, cordial, and fizzy drinks. cost a bit more in groceries but it worked and I did not go hungry.
I've been eating a plant-based diet & exercising - 3 times a day for the last several days, but usually twice. It works! You just have to work at it. Diet & Exercise I say...
Diet is the most important factor in losing weight. You need to find out what your TDEE is and then subtract 200-500 calories from that. If you do that you’ll lose weight. Also, a keto diet helps a lot. Exercise also plays a factor but diet is about 90% of weight loss.
Remember fructose is converted straight into body fat by the liver. Once upon a time Dr Robert Atkins was labelled a charlatan by the medical establishment. These days the medical establishment has had second thoughts about the Atkins diet as it does work. The original is fine, not the modern one.
If you want to avoid harmful side effects then would it not be a good idea to avoid synthetic drugs? There is a theory that people become overweight from being malnourished of certain key ingredients, hence they keep wanting to eat. The original Atkins diet works.
Winstrol will give you acne and hair loss. Also, extended use of synthetic test products will disturb your natural test production, which may even shut down permanently, a.k.a your balls will shrink. If you take meds like blood thinners, or insulin, Win might interfere with their effectiveness. And possibly the worst, you could come down with depression and the associated suicidal thoughts. Trust me, you do not need these products for mere weight loss. What you need is some 2-6 months of discipline (based on your intended goals), and the Dr. Nowzaradan-recommended "high protein, low carb" diet approach, with a sub-2000 calories per day intake. What you wanna do is consume lean meat (chicken, fish), vegetables, and good fibers, like rye. You must eliminate sugar almost completely. No candy, no sugary cereals, no donuts or similar confectioneries, and sugar free-sodas only. No potato chips (can be replaced with kettle popcorn, but don't go crazy with the seasonings). Ideally, you'll also wanna give up white bread. And what you'll probably hate the most, absolutely no alcohol! Beer or spirits, makes no difference. They're both liquid calorie bombs. And cream liqueurs in particular are the worst. No bullshit, go teetotal. You want lean meat, because without it, your body will begin to cannibalize itself, and you'll sacrifice muscle mass in the process. You want vegetables as a source of fiber and vitamins. The minimum amount of carbs that your body needs to maintain its functions should come from fruit sources, like pineapples, oranges and apples. Ideally, you should cook everything yourself. McDee's and Pizza Hut are not gonna provide you with what you need. Your portion sizes should be around 500-600 calories per serving. You will only eat 3 meals a day. Keep a space of 6 hours between meals. If you feel hungry between meals, tough shit. No snacking. You must also engage in physical activity. I can wholeheartedly recommend calisthenics, dumbbell exercises and plain old brisk walking. By following what I described above, I earlier this year dropped 14 lbs in 6 weeks, no problem. And I'm not a terribly fat guy to begin with. Just someone who wanted to get in summer shape. Now, barring some sort of debilitating medical condition, I see no reason why this shouldn't work for you too. Get to it, tiger. Rawwr!
Sure way to "take off"... weight is cut out white foods: sugars, carbs, stay with the colorful foods....and stay with it, it works.....and you don't "lose weight", you "take it off".....if you lose it , it will find you. ha ha.. And sip water all day.
