If you still wake up with cramps and pains after cutting out the dairy, that burger is next on your hit list.
I'm pretty sure you're dead on with the cereal. I just thought it was my bowels because of all the fiber but I'm fairly positive cereal nights lead to the worst mornings.
You know, this may just work! I'm pretty sure you're not supposed to eat just before sleeping. Your body can't digest it as well. I would think that'd be why you're getting stomach pains but I don't know, maybe you're cursed?
I know that, what I was saying was that when you lie down straight after eating a big meal, your body can't deal with it as well. That's what everyone says to me.
*gives Adam all of her baby fat* There, you are no longer skinny. My advice would be to accept your body the way it is. As long as you're healthy, who cares? PS-I am starting to run again tonight! I am very excited.
That's not really how it works. Your body's ability to digest something depends on your body type, your blood type, the something to be digested and possibly things already in the digestion process, and possible medical conditions. If you lay down straight after having a big meal it might be more uncomfortable for you because you can really feel your body digesting the meal, but it's getting digested all the same. The reason people say not to eat before bed is precisely the same as mine for advising TCF to do just that: The food is stored as fat and not spent as energy. Most people are too obsessed with losing weight to worry about/empathize with the ones trying to gain it.
Thank you. Now I just need about 15 more pounds. AHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAH Love ya, Lyns.:cheers2:
