weed i found in a toilet

yea this sounds odd, but i found some bud in my brothers toilet,..and i collected the bud out, and now it wont burn?? should i through it out?

 

put it in a bed of Rice, it will dry it out within 24 hours guaranteed, done it with joints dropped in the hot tub

why not go to a dealer and buy a cheap ass 10 dollar bag while you wait for your bud to dry?
