fractual, prozac is an SSRI like zoloft and paxil. it takes months of daily use to notice any effects. and they arent even all that noticable. and seratonin and cannabinoid receptors have no relation.
Um if hes taking Prozac he should just ask his Doctor who precribed it to him what It'll do. Its his doctor, wtf the doc gonna do?
They mix just fine. The only thing you might want to consider is how weed effects the mental health problem that caused you to go on anti-depressants. That's something only you can know though. And there's absolutely nothing wrong with asking your doctor how a drug you're prescribed will mesh with weed. They'll probably appreciate your honesty and the care you take with mixing substances. Your doctor will most likely say that they don't recommend you smoke weed, and possibly give you a little lecture about how people with mental health issues shouldn't smoke it, but that's about all they can do. Good luck with the Prozac. IMO it's the best anti-depressant out there.
