web hosting for patchy clothing site

hi all i am srarting to setup an online patchy clothing site. i was curious what some of you use. i would like it to simple to start as i am new at web design. i would need a shopping cart. do any of the host you use include this or is it seperate software? and it needs to be reasonable as i don't have the funds to pay a year in advance.

i use register4less.com, but i write all the code and use dreamweaver when i need help, i dont think they have a shopping cart. i use the pay pal shopping cart thing on my site too, you just cut and paste the htlm code!!

I use shoppingcartsplus.com and it is SUPER easy to use. I am totally computer ignorant and I made my whole website alone. hehe

And, they have a shopping cart feature. Yay!
