58 degrees today (Fahrenheit) and rain off and on. Sounds like barefoot weather to me! mmmmmmmmmmmmmm mud and puddles
Not so great weather here, unfortunately. We recently experienced -34 Celsius (-29.2 Fahrenheit) cold spell, which actually forced me to wear boots during the few times I went out to do anything. It's milder now, but next week is expected to be similar, with at least -25 C weather coming (-13 Fah), so I've now holstered my bare feet for a while, until things get better. Still barefoot indoors, though.
Here in Perth, Western Australia we have 35c today after 41c yesterday Went for my usual Sunday barefoot walk this morning, starting at 7am and finished just before 9am. Only 6kms on mainly grass but also concrete footpaths. I would have given it another 60-90 minutes before it would have been impossible to walk on bitumen or even the lighter coloured concrete footpaths. And that wouldn't matter how tough your soles were!
-8F here in Milaca Mn. Next week is supposed to be warmer 28F. Barefoot in the house but outside boots.
Extremes of temperature will always defeat naked flesh, that's just how it is. Can't defeat the laws of physics. How was the weather that day? How cold was it?
It's a bit cold in UK right now between -2 and 2 degrees C and wuth the forecast for snow. It was cold and the ground was cool, dry and hard on my evening walk. Even some of the previous muddy areas on my regular walk were all crispy under my bare soles.
