I miss being able to go bra-free. I'm older and bigger and don't feel comfotable without a bra in public. by the end of the day I can't wait to get it off. I probably need a more supportive one but the more supportive a bra is the more confining and corsetlike it seems to be. I dig those shelf-bra-cami things too,but not really in public. Kinda "hey see my nipples" you know, not the vibe I wanna put out there at my age.

if i am at my house i rarely wear a bra..usually take it off as soon as i get home...but i will go out without them now and then...when i had em pierced i refused to go braless..i had barbells and it looked like i had 3 nips...now ill go bra less in a tank top (like mens undershirt) but with tshirts and things like that..no...im a 34 b-c (in btwn the two) and i was about 80lbs heavier during most of puberty..so my boobies arent exactly perky...but i honestly do feel a million times more comfortable without them

Use to feel it necessary to wear a bra all the time. Then it came out that underwire bras cause sagging more than ones without a wire due to gravity pulls the breast over the wire. Now I am 40 and after having nursed both of my kids etc I go without a bra...I earned what they look like lol. But honestly I wear alot of harley tanks and don't like a bra underneath..38DD ..like right now no bra. Now for a appt or something...I wear one.

I have large breasts and it actually hurts if I go long periods without a bra. Makeup and all other girly things I dont do on a daily basis, but bras are kinda necessary.

i never ever wear a bra unless i am horsebackriding (sports bra only). i have large (D cup) breasts, but i am much more comfy w/o the restraint of a bra. and i think my girls look much more lovely too. i sometimes get looks, especiallly if im cold or my shirts thin enough to see my nipple piercings but i dont care much

I recently started going braless (I'm on day two!) and it feels absolutely wonderful. I'm readjusting to how my breasts naturally look (I'm a 34A, but a bra makes them look much bigger), which is quite interesting.

Wow, I wanted to state a reason why girls should wear bras..and I found none.
    They don't even prevent sagging...lol...
why are women fed such bs?

"Breasts were fine before the invention of the brassiere... This is similar to the myth that women supposedly need corsets to support their stomach muscles... wearing a bra... has no medical necessity whatsoever... Except for the women who find bras especially comfortable or uncomfortable, the decision to wear or not wear one is purely aesthetic „ or emotional... If you don't enjoy it, and job or social pressures don't force you into it, don't bother... A mistaken popular belief maintains that wearing a bra strengthens your breasts and prevents their eventual sagging. But you sag because of the proportion of fat and tissue in your breasts, and no bra changes that... If you don't like wearing a bra, don't wear one." -Dr. Susan Love

    well said up there :)
bras are actually quite unhealthy and mat cause problems like breast cancer. breasts are designed to move and breast movement is essential for healthy breasts. if they dont move, the lymph has trouble circulating and is unable to clean toxins and such from your boobs. check it out:

only when i want my boobs to look even and full and when i go out with my friends and when i wear a top that needs one, but i find them uncomfortable unless they its a sports bra, hidding support in a top or a just free and easy.

but do it for yourself ladies! do what makes you feel good! dont bow down to the men!

    blessings xxx :)

    i hate bras.
i wear one to work, but that's usually it.
i take off the damn thing as soon as i get home.
    i hate them, lol.
i like my boobies to breathe!
    and mine are perfect sized.
    for my own benefit, anyways.
i can run, sort of, with them.
they are a good size for me.
