hey, can you make one (oh, about a 34H) nursing-accessible??? :D

I wear a bra when I go out in public or if I'm expecting maybe someone visit here at home. Otherwise, no I do not like bras and don't wear them unless I have to. Before kids, I rarely wore bras.

I don't often...just when it's really cold out, or I'm exercising...or if my shirt is see through and I'm in a place where that's unappropriote.

I wear them on the odd occasion (by odd I mean hardly ever, and if I do I usually substitute a bra with a bikini), I avoid them as much as possible, and just wear the singlets with the kind of support thingy which is really just a piece of elastic or I might just wear a normal singlet without the support b/c I'm small I don't really have to worry :D

I usually wear Blue Canoe bras...cotton bras that have just enough support (more like a cami), but are not restricting at all. Used to wear regular bras, but they are too damn uncomfortable, and there are possible cancer risks associated with wearing tight bras. I wear a 38C, and Blue Canoe still supports me well enough...

i always wear them even sometimes at night. but just little soft ones without underwires. more comfy to me, mine are soft, they don't sag really but move around too much for my comfort. they are fairly small though (34b).

ahhahaha mamaboogie i love your sig.

cami's do good to cover up the nipples. Even though they are natural (nipples) they are a bit distracting (to myself and no doubt others). I even catch myself looking at my boobs without one.

but looking skanky because you want to be, and present what you were born with. No thank you, but I have to very much disagree. What if your the virgin mary and you don't wear a bra, (and she didn't b/c they were only invented in the last 100 years, which makes you wonder why we need bras to begin with, when we never did before) would people nowadays veiw you as skanky? People who would question a woman's right to choose, especially when it comes to her health, need to think about why they have such negative attitudes towards woman who are open enough with their bodies to pursue living a natural life style.

p.s. I hear large breasted women say all the time they need the support. I am a large C (haven't worn a real bra since I was 14). I do not claim to have large breast or know what it feels like to have them. But from talking with other women who are a D or more it seems when they first started to not wear bras it was uncomfortable (b/c they were not use to it, just like someone who wears their arm in a cast for 10 years, once out, their arm would be very weak and not hold it's own well) but after awhile their comfort grew well past what it was wearing a bra and their boobs lifted as well. Most likely from using their own strength to support their weight.

So what are you women doing?

My boobs literally HURT if they aren't supported by something...I don't wear regular bras, but, like I already mentioned I do wear camis or sports bras (for work). It kills my back without some kind of support up front for an extended period of time.

p.s. to add onto my point about "not wearing bras being uncomfortable" to someone who wears them often think of this.

Have you ever had bad posture and tried to sit upright with a straight spine and hold it? It's uncomfortable. But what if you work on it everyday, an example being through yoga. After awhile it is comfortable and then after alittle more while it is preferable. You feel better. Everything is aligned the way it should be and your healthier for it.

Why am I the only one speaking from a point of reference asking if it is really best? Or even good at all.

again I will point out I do not know what it feels like to be in your situation (1. I haven't worn a bra over an extended period since I was 14 and 2. While other people say my boobs are big I do not really agree since they are not nearly what some women deal with)

But according to my research I would have to suggest the problem may be in you never going without one for long enough for your breast to adjust. And maybe I am wrong. Hell in the old days some people were born that just would not survive or ever live in comfort because of the way they were made up, but nowadays we can adjust people's ways of living who have certain physical conditions in which case a bra may come in handy, or hell, a breast reduction.

So (I hope I'm not being offensive, I'm only trying to spark an intelligent debate)... have you really tried going bra-free. And not just for a day or maybe even a week, but longer (I do not have any stats on how long it may take some people). Or do you think having large enough breasts makes it the best and healthiest option? And even if that is the case would you still recommend a bra for women who do not have that problem? Who may actually be in danger (having breast cancer run in the family, etc.)....

I am glad for you that you do not wear a bra. Good for you.. its what you want.

I like wearing a bra. It allows me to walk without looking like Pamala Anderson's "running in slow motion" bit on Baywatch. I jiggle, I joggle, I bounce... I dislike the feeling and I honestly dislike the attention.

So.. you go all natural. You like it, you believe in it and it makes you happy.:) I will wear a bra until the day I no longer have monsterous breasts.

My mom has/had breast cancer. She has 36Cs. I, as of yesterday, am a 34FF. I am currently breastfeeding. When I am not breastfeeding I am a large 36DD.

As soon as I am done feeding any future children I will be making an appointment to get a breast reduction for mental, emotional and physical reasons.

I have gone a few months...especially in the winters... bra free...but I work as a dance instructor, so the bouncing around without one is pretty much out of the question...THAT is very painful....I don't like wearing one...I think they are uncomfortable...which is why I choose to wear camis on a regular day...

I really don't care what others do...if you're comfy without one...go without...if you're small enough to not worry about back or chest pain...I say go without...if that feels good to you...if not...that's OK too.

I use to feel like that til my breast firmed up (from I believe not wearing a bra, and trying to practice good posture). If I do not wear an undershirt and I am doing something that requires alot of movement I feel them move, enough to either feel kinky ;) or feel uncomfortable. But thats why when I do work, or wear something where the fabric is thin, I wear an undershirt or a loose fitting cami. Controls the jiggle somewhat, enough for me, hides the nipples as well as any unpadded bra (and people at work think I'm actually wearing one) but it lacks the underwire (and close fittingness) that inhibits the flow of circulation resulting in your lymph nodes swelling up and in many individuals causing cancer of the breast.

PLUS!!!!!!!! Bras point your breast at an unnatural angle, making them stick out more and in one direction, bringing attention to them. While natural they hang down alittle as they are suppost to do, but yet PEOPLE think going without one is sluttier? HELLO????????? brain check. Bras make your boobs stick out like italian sausages????? That, if you have to be narrow minded, would make you "look" sluttier... since hard core definition of the boobs seem to be slutty. So come on people. Really think about it. Even if you don't want to change, know the truth. The truth will set you free!!!!!!!!!
