    Wow, so you don't need a license to possess a handgun in your house. I did not know that at all. This is proving to be quite useful.

    I also find it interesting that you do not have to have a permit to carry a gun to a gunsmith or a target range. I mean, unless it's after 11pm, any shmuck can say they were on their way to a target range :rolleyes:

    I need to contact my probation officer and find out of I'm permitted to have a gun once I'm off house arrest. That'd help me get one pretty cheap, as my friend is selling his for about $150.

    I don't have either problem. I am currently serving probation for a non-violent class A misdemeanor, so I'm thinking they wont have much of an issue. If they do, I'll buy the gun anyway and put it in a safety deposit box until probation is up.
