My little sister who just graduated high school this past weekend, made me the most beautiful scrapbook that I will cherish forever. It had a bunch of pictures of the two of us from when we were little up until the present, and letters she wrote about me, as well as letters and pictures that I had written and drawn for her at school back when we were little. She talked about how much I mean to her, and how much she loves me (which is NOT easy for her to do because she is not one to express her emotions often) and how proud of her nephews and niece she was, thanking me for bringing them into her life.

She talks about things she and I have done together, how I've been there for her through so much and how she couldn't have made it without my support.

I was totally blown away by it. I'll cherish that forever. I love that girl.

well... i got a lighter from my neighbor erika this morning and a red barbed wire bracelet from my buddy hannah a few hours ago. they both made me smile.
