i guess if youre lucky there may be a manual way to get the computer into learn mode (im pretty sure it needs the nissan consult tool)

made it down south... drive took me over an hour longer than usual, slowed down by an accident on the 401 westbound... looked pretty bad. semi and a car.

 

Well the doc at least hooked it up with some 7.5mg hydros... So hopefully pain will be minimal... Before I went under I was very animate that I got something strong enough to keep me comfortable

 

that's good. I've been very lucky in my life to not have any real dental problems. My wisdom teeth came in with enough room and I've never really had problems. One of them got infected once, but antibiotics took care of it, and I'm very strict about brushing really well back there now.

 

Thanks for the feedback guys! I've heard of that process before too, so I'm hoping that's what'll happen.

Edit: oh man I still haven't gotten my wisdom teeth!! the dentist told me a few years ago that they'd come in within a year or so.

 

Best thing is to stay on top of the meds as if you think you are doing fine and stop too soon usually it will flare up and the pain will be really hard to control then.

Good thing the gf is a freshly graduated RN... She's staying on top of time and rotation... 600mg ibuprofen then 7.5mg hydro 2 hrs later... Then two hours later more ibuprofen... Like clockwork... With ice in between it all...

Also been hitting my Extreme Q nasally

 

My dentist assured me I was an easy case... Since 3 of them were already in... And the 4th was impacted and unmoved in the weaker upper jaw... Then I had a 5th that just wasn't going to make contact with any other teeth... So he removed it as well as it was deemed useless...

Honestly overall I'll let that oral surgeon do more work if need be... Very professional... Very understanding that I was pretty much scared shitless of dentists... He even gave me nitrous while putting in the IV for sedation... To calm me down...

Seems weird that after 9hrs... I still have no real pain from having 5 teeth pulled... Shots of novocaine and fentynal should have worn off... I find it hard to believe 600mg ibuprofen and 7.5mg hydro every 4 hours is getting the job done... I'm not complaining though

 

the roofers are working, and today for the first time they had 4 guys total..

one of them is a white dude, late 40's called 'skinner' never seen him before... bald, looks creepy but seems nice.. why he is called skinner I don't know.. but maybe it has to do with the fact he wore a fucking t-shirt half of the shift... it never went above freezing.. about 30F all day.. and he smokes like a chimney... even his boss, 'how the hell can you wear that?!'

guess this is normal though..
