watching another person die

i skipped school one day and i was walking through town. i saw a man leaning against a tree. Then kept walking. Not a minute laer I heard a gunshot. When I turned around I saw that his head was blown to bits and his brains were all over the tree. It looked just like it ddoes in the movies, his head was blown clean off.
I live near a veterans hospital and I found out later that he was vet with PTSD.

I've seen multiple videos of stuff like that and it's real weird, it can range from uber gory and hollywood looking to utterly mundane and "unrealistically" clean.

 

Back when I was in high school, we were sitting in class and the windows to the left were wide open and looked down upon the main street.
I was bored with class as I usually was and kept looking outside the window, to see this mad man running down from an apartment block with a big bloody butcher's knife and waving it like crazy.
He stabbed a random woman on the sidewalk like 4 times before all the blood started pouring out and shit...until some mob overwhelmed him and called the police.
Apparently he also killed his neighbors (A man and his teenage daughter) before going down to the street and stabbing that woman, because their dog was disturbing him.

found my best friend dead of an overdose of heroin last year at about four in the morning.

then 6 months later my other friend died of a heroin overdose as well. his roommates found his body and skipped town. we dont know where they are now.
