my daughter's name is Lily Nevaeh (neh-vay)(it's "heaven" spelled backwards). i came up with this name with some help from the ladies here
I love the way, people in the US can call their babies after trees and seasons, and whatnot. It's so sad that this is not possible in germany, where I live. It's even hard to name your kid in names of other cultures, even if they are frequent there. you have to prove that they are frequent, then you have to use it. or something like that. I mean, it's all to protect the kid, but there are tons of german traditional names, like Helmut, where everybody would make fun of........ Oh well, but I'll find very special names for my kids anyway, ther's always a possibility! There are a lot of quite kool celtic names for example!
i named my beautiful daughter kennedy- i wanted somethin sophisticated when she is older- and something original and addorable while she a a lil munchkin
my kids are: dd - josephine raphael ds - nikita aleksei dd- willow cerridwen if i had another boy i would name him cirdan river kathy
We named our baby boy Eden Kester, Eden means Fire, and Kester is a diminutive of a roman name taken by those who acknowledged jesus teachings rather than killing him, so kinda means tolerance to me. (im not christian really, i just think he had some sweet ideas.)
When I have kids... if I one day have a girl I want to name her Rayne (i like that way of spelling rain for a kid)... I love the name Rayne.
I always wanted Preston[or Philip] Adam for a boy, and Frankie[or Lucy] Madalynne for a girl...but after reading this, I got some really great names.. Like River, Sage and Lennon for a boy, and Lily, Kennedy, and Paisley for a girl. =)
my little girls name is Cassiopeia Marie Cassiopeia is a constilation, Marie after her fathers mother If I ever have another one a a girl would be Astrid, and a boy Trey Owen
Even though I'm only 17, I already have all my future children's names picked out, and since I will be giving birth then obviously it's totally my choice. My boyfriend agrees with all of the names though. I want 4 children so I have 4 names for each gender. For girls I like (in order): Zoe Lisette - I've always said I'd name my first girl Zoe (ever since I was 10 or so) and I just love the name Lisette. Sophia Reina- Sophia is a pretty adult name, a Sophie is a good baby name. In all, she would be named after the Reina Sofia museum in Madrid where my favorite painting, Guernica, is housed. Emilie Natalia- I don't know why... I just love the name Emilie in a more unique way Gwenyth Madalyn- I love the name Gwen and I prefer Gwenyth to Gwendolyn or something like that... and Madalyn is after my boyfriend's mom who has always been extremely supportive of us. For boys: Owen Xavier- I've always loved both of those names and I think they sound rather good together Arthur Garreth- what can I say, I'm a Knights of the Round Table fan Kyle Jacob- a bit common, but still very nice Graham Elliot- Graham after two very good friends and Elliot because I've always loved that name. ...I've put too much thought into something that won't be happening for at least another 10 years.
I don't have kids yet but I'm getting kinda broody, lol and I thought I'd like my first child before I am 30. My boyfriend and I want 3 kids and we like following names: girls: Ella (or Stella), Beth, Ada, Flora boys: Jared, Travis, Aidan, Ethan, Adam
i recently found out i'm pregnant and if i have a girl i plan on naming her Esila Joplin, and if its a boy i really have no clue, its kinda sad. I like Ramsey a little, i'll figure something out though thats special and means alot.
