blisters are usually from friction, meaning your shoes had a couple loose spots that rubbed when you walked with 'em on.

have you ever tried those flat slippery things? they're barely shoes, they might work if you need 'em

WEll New Zealand sounds like a wonderful place and the people seem laid-back! I definatly have to travel there someday ok so alot of people are asking why i feel the need to not wear shoes but its like rhasta penguin (i think) stated earlier-i just feel alot more comfortable not wearing shoes. i feel more in touch with the ground im walking on. There was also a good point made that not wearing shoes isnt offensive like being topless. i thank you all for your opinions and wear them so as not to offend people....in some places

I dont wear shoes anywhere, other then at work. I dont see a problem with it.

 

Golden Noodles sounds like a Chinese restaurant. I thought it was customary to be in socks or bare feet in that type of restaurant.

Probably the most cleanly thing people could do would be to remove their shoes when entering a restaurant. Somehow I get the feeling that some people would still be frustrated at seeing others in socks or bare feet, even if they are clean.

I've played in a band for many expensive gatherings in nice party centers. Many of the women take off their high heels during or after dinner and dance barefoot. No one seems to be bothered by it.

well ive been barefoot in everywher.e. of course as you are going to nightclub or modern restaurant you should see what you are wearing, i guess being bf depends on how modern the place is what yer visiting..

 

believe me...this place isnt all that modern and not that clean in itself-i dont think my feet would make a difference. its just a little chinease place in a dark corner not many people got too.
