Was God invented to be our slave?

Early man created both philosophy and theology to serve mankind. Philosophy was to seek the best rules to live by and implement them through a political system that was headed by man. Theology was to seek the best rules to live by and implement them through religion headed by an absentee God. Both were created to be slaved to man.

Jesus preached that holy things were created to serve man as well. The Sabbath was created for man and not man for the Sabbath. That is why he showed that we can work on the Sabbath and ignore the manmade law.

The religious manmade creations then, --- including God, --- are to be slaved to man. That works well with logic and reason as the strong are to serve the weak and not the weak serve the strong.

So how did God, who was to be a slave to man, --- become man’s master?

Now I know that most will say that God is supposed to be our master, --- but please note, --- that man has created government to serve us. Not to make slaves of us. We control governments. They do not control us. To have us control our political entity is normal and just.

As above so below says that God is also to come under man’s control. We created God just as we created governments.

    That is what Jesus taught.
He even moved God aside and became our judge. We are now to answer to men and not some absentee man created God.

Are you ready to seek God as Jesus says we must? Are you willing to be a master to God, and like Jesus, take control of the judging powers of God?

When you can say that your God is I am, the Gnostic Christian way --- and mean you, --- then you will begin to know God.

    Regards
    DL

You have one point for gnostic Christianity. The God we review for the past and the future of Time we cannot help but Love (cannot Hate) , much as Spinoza has determined.

    Can Yin be without yang?

If we love all, then which is special to us?

    Meaning Yin is equivalent to loving the future;

Yang is equivalent to ... whatever we do with the past. (another Yin and Yang, eh?):willy_nilly:

I do not agree with your definitions and it does not speak to the catch 22 I showed.

God loves it. He thinks I'm aware of loving Him back. But I already claimed to be at Yin. Adam did not do it like that; i'm thinking of the Adam from the Bible.

Wel' , of course, I've invented God. I am acting with the sin of agnosticism. The slave of God's existence is called 'inauthentic time'.

I have to explain 'I believe in God.' Time passes for free will. God did that one unlimitedly. That is all.

Did those many he murdered not have a free will that would have chosen to live instead of being murdered?

Nope, that's why the gospel of John and book of James describes people being "dragged".

So much for our free will being important to God.

And here most Christians say evil is here because God has to allow us our free will.

Evil is here, because of ignorance. As Jesus stated from the cross, "forgive them father for they know not what they do".

Yes. People have been killed by god. But why? It is because they had done bad things. If there is going to be a resurrection of both the righteous and the unrighteous like paul spoke of. All of them will be brought back to life and judged according to their deeds. God has given us a written example that applies even in our day. God is not one to be mocked and he is at work fulfilling his purpose. Mans heart is not complete with God, therefore does not understand his wisdom and justice.

Christianity is the religion of God being beyond a purpose of His own; it was Buddhism which had humans capable of creating God, but the God had a purpose, or ready made goal. What is your goal, or what was your goal according to the things you have been appropriately participating in up till now in your life says our Chinese incumbent mayor; may this mean empowerment you can have with yourself and you fellowman. But Christianity has the sense of purpose already in the withdrawal condition, distrust being rampant and there to be no denial of the Facts of the killing truth in Life, the life-world affirmed for the way of life now being in the making, even as communication is considerately disposed.

In Buddhism, to put it bluntly, one can choose to live or die per the essence of "a killing God of Compassion". Living and dying are figured on the foundation of the life-world already fully alive. In Christianity the life-world itself is is created into Life, the bigger life that commits one to responsibility for God already giving you a Plan. Nothing else is there but to stick to one's plan. God may forsake you; but that will primarily be a living Plan. One discovers a goal for the city out of it's living in after-all, distrust. Fundamentally one chooses to do Good or Evil.

Goals as of any religion should be about Knowledge of the world's values for the Objects there. How does Buddhism find individuals Klesha forsaken is called Kharma. It came around; so religiously I should be forewarned of particularly sinful ways, but really what was entertaining :D, temptation about "trespassing".

    Yep.

Like the justice of torturing King David's baby for six days before finally killing it. Because he was angry with the king.

If you think that to be a wise God then you know nothing of wisdom.

Your religion has corrupted your morals and you call evil good.

    Revelation 4:11 (KJV)
Thou art worthy, O Lord, to receive glory and honour and power: for thou hast created all things, and for thy pleasure they are and were created.

Truth is, we created God for our pleasures.

That's not Gnostic Christianity to be aware of that thinking. God thinks in heaven self-sufficiently, and we pick up for the interpretation of our despair here on Earth. The Bible only wished to satisfy God's creation for the self-deceptions for the Word of prophesy so that Eternity be absolved of it's self-deception.
