I found the first of these books. Into The Wild, just a few years ago. They are wonderful. I read all of them and now listen on Audible since my eyes are failing If you aren't familiar with them do check them out.
I will add fandom art of this saga so we can share the vision locked up in these books. I have not read them yet but they seem to be on the same level as Watership Down when it comes to character.
It is similar. I remember reading Watership Down as a kid. The Warrior Cats series takes this sort of story to a whole new level, especially since it's a saga. There are over 30 books in the series, beginning with Into The Wild.
I knew it! I had that feeling with little more than words and fandom artwork to go on but I knew it!!
