Water - room temperature, no ice Tea - hot Beer - cold, although i can drink a dark beer like a porter or a stout room temperature on a cold winter day Whiskey - room temp Those are the only things I really drink. I dont drink wine very often but when I do I drink red room temp and white cold.
i don't know, i generally like things that are supposed to be warm to be warm, and things that are supposed to be cold to be cold. water is good at room temperature if i'm really thirsty, since it's easier to chug that way. the only real difference i notice is that the topics on hipforums are slightly different.
Let's see...2C, 9/5 is too hard, so double it to 4. Add the 32 offset, call it 30. So you like your wine at about 34F. That ought to kill the flavor of any red wine except maybe Thunderbird or MadDog 20. I like my reds at about 65F (18C). Whites chilled to around 50 F(10C). Domestic beer just above freezing. Water, iced. I don't drink tea.
I always have my softdrinks at room temperature. However if it is the middle of summer i put them in the fridge. I will put my Remedy Kombucha drinks in the fridge when i know that i'm going to grab one. Maybe keep your unopened bottles of wine/booze in a cellar and go grab them if you need them.

I don't have tea drinks often but if i do it's that of the fizzy kind. Stuff that's great for the stomach.
Can't Say I Approve Of Your Term "Aussie Virus"......I Prefer To Say HF's Has Been "Influenced By Australian Culture"...... Cheers Glen.
