Ward Churchill? People are still talking about him?? I thought he had disappeared from the face of the earth. Also, I occasionally watch FOX, just like I watch all the other news channels. It's good to get a good variety of propaganda to analyze.
well, a lot of people. it wouldn't be on the air if it wasn't getting enough ratings to make money. not saying i'm one of them of course, but then i don't watch the liberal propaganda channels either. i also don't know who ward churchill is.
Faux News isn't "on the air". It's signal does not travel in the air, but thru a cable. Anyone can put a channel on cable with enough money behind it. More people DON'T watch Faux News even with the TV on their channel (or off). It just runs in the background of many financial bizes cause on the weekends, there is NOBODY at all turning it on. Also it tends to be on channel 2 in many places which is the DEFAULT channel for many cable boxes, meaning when the TV is OFF, Nielsen and other rating companies show it as being WATCHED, when it's not, simply because the cable box is on. So inflated are their numbers, and when you look at the demo, there are virtually no young ppl watching the channel. Only old farts who are dying off in droves... BTW, who watches TV anymore?
it's EWTN here (the church channel). i turn off the cable box when i turn off the tv though, so i'm not giving them false ratings on those occasions that my cable box resets either.
Honestly, I don't see how FOX is any worse than CNN. Both are heavy on propaganda which targets a certain demographic.
