But again, you're too young for acid. I don't think you would know what to do if you have a nightmare of an introspective bad trip that leaves your view of yourself and the world shattered.
And if you were planning on dropping in school :smilielol5: that would be all over the news if that happened here
Although as seen in this thread I do not condone minors using psychedelics, and I don't think I should be saying this but I will anyways. I know a kid who took like 1.5-2 grams of shrooms the first time IN SCHOOL, and no one knew a thing.
Right, the entire trip would just be massive paranoia. If you want real worry, try talking to the cops on acid.
My thoughts exactly. It bothers me tremendously when people use Pink Floyd specifically as something to associate drugs with. Drugs=/=Pink Floyd. Learn to appreciate the music for what it is, not "aw man i got so fucked up and watched the wall it was mad trippy!!!!11!111!1"
The Wall is actually one of the worst things to watch when tripping, I did my first time. I mean it is artistically great and the music makes it even better, but it has so many horribly depressing parts on it. Everyone who says The Wall is an acid movie are in fact just potheads who have never and will never do acid and just make assumptions on what it's like.
Nah man, I was smuggled into a festival and given a load of food by the shades when I was on a fuck load of acid last summer...Only time Ive actualy enjoyed talking to the gairdi though
I love the title song, it's so goofy. WE ALL LIVE IN A YELLOW SUBMARINE, A YELLOW SUBMARINE, A YELLOW SUBMARINE OP, do you even understand the plot line of The Wall?
Here's what I think the movie is about... (try to remember I was only paying half attention to it) The guy is a rockstar who is fucked up on drugs to much and is losing touch with reality and then he remembers all the fucked up shit that happened in his life. That's all I got from it.... I'll watch it another day by myself so I get the whole point of it... I'm kind of pissed I didn't pay more attention to it.
Well it is about the character Pink who is a rock star. The Wall is a metaphor though for our own protection walls we hide behind to try to isolate ourselves from the world. The bricks add up over time, and Pink's eventual snap is the main focus where he eventually just completely loses touch with reality before he puts himself on trial. Remember the charge is "showing feels of an almost human nature". Then the judge orders Pink to expose himself to his peers and to tear down his emotional wall. Then the whole "isn't this where we came in" thing at the beginning and end of the album represents the fact once it comes down it begins to build up again. I mean the OP is kind of right, social isolation is a theme, but that's just part of it. Also, a judge that is in fact a gigantic ass with legs ftw The Wall is not a happy album, in fact it's probably one of the most miserable big name albums ever. Roger wrote this highly based on a mix of his own life and Syd's. The point is don't be like them.
This kid needs to smoke some weed and shut the fuck up Probably stop writing emo poetry for God to fap to as well End
