It seems like you are both imagining a utopia and placing the burden of it on women. If people are violent and attack others under men, they're just as violent and attack each other under women. That is the exact psychodynamic you paint with your image of "women's rule!" Which to me is just self medicating ie things frustrate you so you imagine "mommy" would run the orld different when essentially, it would be the same. Guys would be really stupid, infantile and disgusting creatures I would think - but I'mm trying to avoid this imagined psychodynamic you think is going to be there...

 

Hell, man---doesn't matter what I think. You know that. I'm just another swingin' dick moseyin' through life making observations. It's never gonna' happen--men wouldn't let it. Oh, we might get someone like Hillary in once in a blue moon (not blue yet) but in the main, we're stuck with whomever "those who rule" allow. Same old faces over and over.

The scramble for the top of the pyramid before the bottom 3/4 falls on off.

 

And that saying--" the business of America is business." Don't remember who said it--but it's become the most important aspect of our country, leaving many behind because of decisions from ON HIGH!!

 

Gabrielle Giffords .. I couldn't help but to love her. It was a tragic way to learn of her existence but after the shooting, I did a bit of research on her. I found her to be a *really* good person and somebody who deserved to be in her position (and a person you'd want to be there).

No "peace" policies at all, in the states? Heh, well the internet isn't regulated YET but there are moderators here. And people do get banned. I think both genders handle the place, and do a good job. Moderating is a sort of governance, if you can stretch your mind to think of it that way.
