We are finding out that world affecting conflicts for resources like oil will increase over time. The Ukraine is just one on a string of oily pearls that war will visit.

Men must recognize and admit that they and their testosterone driven characters are not well suited to peace negotiations and that softer and gentler women should be recognized as the better choice. Those might not include those unfortunate women that have been made into men by their systems.

You are displaying a child's understanding of men, women and history. It seems you are trying to knit up some sociological theory by using statistics that do not reflect very accurately.
Like me saying "ok, now deduct all the men who are in prison because of a woman who was a faster criminal" - it's too general, vague and about the same as saying "Because the womsn brain is smaller" (borat)
Anyway, this is you a lot and the only thing I can add I guess is yes, with the amount of bodies that need piled up I can see where they will most likely tell the feckless "We just MUST have a woman president next!" (Let's do! Let's do!) Just like they told the idiots to vote for obama and voila! There are more men in jail than women. I can accept that there are more men than women that commit violent crime, for example.

However, your inference is only valid if the characteristics of the male prison population are uniform throughout all males, and in particular, peace negotiators. And in fact those characteristics are not uniform.

I would suggest that the rates of literacy, IQ scores, levels of education, tendency toward violent behavior, etc, among male prison inmates differ dramatically from those of diplomats and peace negotiators.

There are also higher rates of incarceration among black men. Does this mean that Koffi Anan was not an able diplomat?

If we really want to judge the performance of male (or any) peace negotiators, shouldn't we measure the abilities of those negotiators directly rather than drawing a comparison to a dissimilar population?

This is more speculation about why you think females ought to be better peace negotiators, without presenting any evidence.
