We did build a huge fire with young pine trees which were very much alive last weekend.

So basically Id say take a trip ( both the pills and the overseas varieties) and expose yourself to different things ( but preferably dont expose yourself to people if u know what I mean).
I was toying with the idea of a trip to quote "find myself".
The idea was a road trip in the style of a Tarantino meets art house film , rip off the local Mob boss , steal his exotically hot wife and race from coast to coast or til a
bullet caught up with me.
The need for self preservation does wonderful things for the sanity.
... or maybe not...!

And sometimes even craziness has a tinge of common sense to it( ok Im stretching it now).

Seriously travel would be very good , partic in your circumstances , but have a think before u go.CHange of surroundings aint helpful , its vital.
