my brother's girlfriend has "wanderlust" tattooed on her wrist. she became a flight attendant, so she gets to travel quite a bit.
I have always thought it was a nice career. What does she say, is she satisfied with it? How old is she?
when she's not working she gets to fly for free, so yeah, she gets to see things. i think she only gets free domestic flights for now though.
It's cheap. I am more concerned with the amount of money I'd spend there. Travelling itself is not expensive.
Not very. You can find retour tickets for under 200 euro to Amsterdam for example. Which is further away than Budapest.
Tel Aviv is pretty cheap if you want to. You can find great food everywhere for a few euros. If you look for a hostel, check out Hayarkon48. It's one of the cheapest places in Tel Aviv I believe in a great location. It's close to lots of cool places to go and ofcourse a 2 min walk from the beach. :2thumbsup:
I am really wanderlusting for Europe but flights are very expensive from here and it makes me sad. I want to see really old things. I've also really become obsessed with Cameroon lately. It looks like it might be the most beautiful country on earth, but Africa is even more expensive than Europe.
I am actually more interested in Jerusalem. Have you been? I know. I was just saying....cheap flights from Amsterdam to Tel Aviv don't mean anything to me =)
i kinda think it would be a shitty career. odd hours, on call a lot...too much traveling (for work, not for fun). i don't talk to her much, so i dunno. she's 23ish. just started working as a flight attendant recently.
