Walk the Line

It was an incredible movie. I had a hard time with it because Joaquin Phoenix's character is too much like my uncle...not so much how he looks but the way he acts and his life story except for the music.

 

i just watched it last night, and i liked it a lot. One minute, I thought that Cash was kind of an ass, and then next time I'd feel sorry for him because June would do something to upset him and drive him more to drugs and booze. If you think about it, it was her own doing that he got so bad, but when she had to "fix" him, she was the hero......kina ironic....but he was also married with kids, so he kinda messed himself up there by being in love with her in the first place.
Overall, pretty good movie. I really liked it.

 

did anyone else think that Joaquin Phoenix and Reese Witherspoon sing better then Johnny Cash and June Carter? or is that just me

 

he was deep into drugs before shit started going down with her.
he tried to clean up a few times because of her but than fell back on the drugs.
