What type of camper are you considering getting sentient as i will keep a look out on the forums etc for you if you like.

Everynow and then people have to sell there projects as life/jobs etc tend to get in the way of people finishing them.

OMFG if its the same people I know those doods - I know that a few years back one guy came fom Bristol and used to run half the raves in North wales then downsised and moved back to Bristol in his ambulance which he changed to Ambience I was there when he bought the thing and I drove a van that towed that one to a place where he could work on it in Aberystwyth. I know for a fact that he went to exeter at some point but maybe he sold it to them or they just had a similar idea.
. Well Ideally it would be one that needs some work otherwise a fully customised van would be too much cash - but even then I would have to wait at least 6 mths till this house gets sold and I get some money in profit.
But I have had in mind to get another vw I just remember how happy I was with my last one. The only thing that ever freaked me out was sometimes on the motorways where you got traffic at 80mp and over and there you are at 55 then you get a slight hill and the speed starts dropping down to 40 and its like - oh shit ! is this thing gonna make it up the next one thats even bigger - travelling in the lorry crawler lanes etc

Yeah I will get one but not now - must wait until I get a coupla grand so I can buy one and put some decent furniture in. I really want to give my next one a good coat of paint with a simple but really WOW factor paint job

hmmm yep this thread made me re-get the dream again

No, but I will be trying to purchase one once I've passed my driving test :) A Hippie is not a Hippie without a VW camper. My friend bought an old double-decker bus and turned it into a huge, party camper, some mad shit right there LOL.

That's Cyderdelic isn't it? I saw them do a comedy act at Beautiful Days 2003, funny as fuck. And they had a short tv series narrated by John Peel. Shame they're not doing that anymore, it was Marc Wooton's best character. Shirley Ghostman is a pile of crap next to Su....
