I got in a huge argument with my old man about vodka. He was under the belief that all vodka tasted the same regardless which company made it. And that's why he would stick with the cheapest labels. All the vodka in his liquor cabinet was low grade crap that was usually sold in a plastic jug. I told him if that was true, then all red wine tastes the same regardless. One vodka I like the most is Medoyeff. It's made at a local distillery not far from where I live, and because it's such a small distiller, it isn't found in very many places.
