for the younger singers i wouldnt worry too much or feel insecure about how your voice sounds. you really wont get your man voice until youre mid twenties. so still sing and practice, just dont get embarassed or strain to make yourself sound different. thats why kenny wayne sheppard had someone else sing for him when he started, they thought he would be famous so he didnt want people getting used to his young voice and then disliking him as his voice changed. so dont focus too much on tone, just on rythm, heart and soul. (and yes, staying in key!!!!!!)
