I want to spend some serious time in the Shenandoah Valley in the next couple of years before I move somewhere else.
I used to live in roanoke beautiful area!! I was about 10 min from the blueridge parkwy.. miss it since I live in wisconsin now.
i live in greene county and its beautiful most people prolly have no clue where it is (except for the charlottesville people) but its just on the edge of the blue ridge mountains and its great
Virginia does suck. I cant stand the whole city life. I'm living in Norfolk for now. The only thing that I can say I dont mind is going down to Va Beach....I'm from Maine...beautiful and peaceful country dude. Dont have to worry about anything at all. And the people are so laid back! Plus you can grow as much pot and wont get busted!!!
I moved to VA Beach from upstate NY (in Dutchess County) in October of 2006. I lived in NY for 30 years, and enjoyed my time there. I have also enjoyed my time living in VA. I have visited different parts of VA and they have all had their postives and negatives. My philosophy is I make the most of it no matter where I am. Since living in VA I have found tons of things to do (Concerts, awsome places to hike, the beach, road trips on the Blue Ridge Highway, parties, and have met a lot of cool people). Just my opinions.
california? california has gotta be one of the worst spots for a hippy. its either desert, or city. i completely love virginia. the only other place i might want to live is montana. but where i live in virginia... i live in gore (up by where they had the 4-20 festival) and its beautiful where i live.
Definitely agreed...this state is really sucky. I plan on relocating to California...perhaps in the SF area
I renew my vow in saying fuck Virginia. The commonwealth can go suck a dick for all I care. I do not ever want virginia peanuts again. Oysters can go bite me.
Well anyone in the 757 norfolk/suffolk/portsmouth/VA Beach area know of any good things to do? Im new to the area, currently living on NOB. The area of Norfolk reserved for the big gray boats. Looking for cool like minded people (lord knows there arent many on this side of the gate)
Yeah, I live in Bluefield and it is pretty shite. I'll be moving to Abington for College this fall, so I'm looking forward to that.
