You can easily get Viagra or Cialis in the RLD. Viagra will cost more than Cialis, but you're better off going with Cialis since it lasts longer.

They keep it behind the counter and when you ask for it, it is better to do so when the shop is empty, the guy will be more comfortable pulling it out then because it is illegal to sell without prescription.
