Vendors inside or outside the US more secure?

Getting caught is highly unlikely. I have had one seizure before for something I ordered through the mail other than LSD. Custums sent me what was left of my package and a nasty note about how I wasn't allowed to import a controlld substance. Later I was sent a letter from homeland security that gave me two options, contest the siezure or acept it. I threw the letter away. After 20 days or something it was automatically brought into siezure status. That was the end of it. There was no prosecution. Anouther time customs opened a package of mine, I had pills. It's wasn't a controled substance but they still opened to check anyway. Dunno if people are ordering oxys through the mail or what. I recieved the package extremly late with a rush delivery issued from customs.

....However, If the police actually go through the trouble of a controlled delivery of some sort, you are not going to be able to tell them your stuff is for research. The thought is kinda laughable.

The best way to get something is in the form of a letter. Aside from L, whatever it is it's best flat and padded. Pills, vials, syringes are the worst. A sheet of L in the mail though will be 99.9999% cool.

I know it's a late post but I wanted to comment on the subject.
