I do one that's pretty simple: sliced or juliened cucumbers, carrots, tomatoes, mushrooms and sprouts with dressed with yogurt cheese, olive oil, soy sauce and lemon juice.

There is a place here that serves veggie wraps. Man I love them. They put asparugus, marinated cucumbers, mushrooms, lettuce, onions, sprouts. Nothing like them.

i used to get a veggie wrap everytime i went to this particular cafe in montreal which was soo good. they used a tortilla, your choice of finely sliced vegies, choice of cheese if wanted, mustard, humus, pepper spread, all this stuff. you cant really go wrong with a veggie wrap, just stick what you love in there. personally i like red onions, mushrooms, avocado, sprouts, cucumbers, humus, and carrots on the side
