What a lame answer. Sorry, but you've lost your argument you want to provoke so much.

I really do not see how I have lost my argument. Your allegation was that I claimed to be intellectually superior to you and meat-eaters in general, which I never did. You really are one smarmy guy.

What the hell gives you the right to question my personal choices?! Also, humans started eating meat when they became intelligent enough to do so, through hunting.

What gave civil rights advocates the right to question those who wanted to deny minorities basic rights? And no, I am not comparing plights here...I am simply making a connection to illustrate this concept. I have the right to question your personal choices because they are infringing upon the well-being of a third party, if they were only affecting you- I would never question these acts.

I don't know how much intelligence it takes to stick a spear through a roaming animal, but if you want to believe that- go ahead. Truth is those people were not living in a time when domestication was the wide spread norm. Sustainability is in issue, and the meat industry is not only horrible for the animals, but also for the earth.

Jewish people ARE animals, so is ever other human!

the Holocaustal imprisonment, torture, and killing of Hitlers regain, is exactly the same as the imprisonment, torture, and killing of livestock animals.
what difference do you see? other than millions of humans where tortured and killed in the Holocaust, while billons of animals are tortured and killed every year.

Animals kill other animals. So if we're animals we're just doing what comes natural for us to eat.

Look, I don't care how much you're trying to say what I do is wrong, I enjoy it and you have no right to say otherwise. It is a personal choice:

Besides, there's alot more important things in the world than saving a turkey. How about famine/war/pollution on a greater scale? You're too caught up in other peoples choice to eat meat. Shutup and stop arguing with my beliefs. I havn't argued with yours, but merely defended my right to eat meat.

My main diet is cheese but do eat some meat. I think by depriving yourself of iron etc, you are doing more harm than good. It is the reason why many veges need to take lots of vitimins and minerals. But it is their choice.

This is a common myth; a varied vegetarian diet can provide all the essential proteins, fats and micronutrients the body needs.

Personally i would not want to live in a world where i would have to harm another living being to survive. luckly i dont, and i can survive and live a healthy life without meat, foul, fish, dairy, eggs, and other animal products.

Every day I like to remind myself that my canines have no other use than rending meat and that my intestines are halfway between the length of a pure carnivore and your average pure herbivore.

Yes, because all I've had off GratefulVegan is "you're wrong." basically.

Honestly, L.A. I do respect your views though I value them as being critically wrong, however, I am willing to debate this with an open mind. I was once a hard-core carnivore and am now a vegan (so obviously I am very open to change and input from other sources). I really just think you have fallen into the typical argumentative state of ad-hominem attacks on me and assertive statements.

Eating meat is both healthy and sustainable. It's being a vegetarian that requires supplements!
If we are nothing to this world then animals are slightly less than nothing.
In the end I want to have the meat of thousands and thousands of animals in my big fat greedy belly
