Seriously? Lebanese food is awesome man.. In the top three cuisines in the world. Awww, I could go some Kafta and Hummus right now, and whats that spicy meatball one? Heaven
Think they have just been announced. Went to a Coles and a Woolies today, not there Didnt think we had this many Aussies on this site
I did an internet search and found it sold nearby! Now I'm a little scurred... what is it good with I wonder?
Thanks. I will look at its nutritional information and see if it's something I want to be eating. I don't really eat much bread though (I only have toast at breakfast restaurants) so I may try dipping veggies in it!
It's also an ingredient in nut roast. Or, it can be. As I said already, I think, it's a vegan source of b12, which makes it important to some people. If I remember correctly it's also high in folic acid.
Breakfast Here....8-30am......A Plunger Of Black Coffee....AND.....Peanut Butter And Vegemite On Toast..... Double Vegemite This Morning In Honor Of All You "Losers" Out There That Hate It..... Cheers Glen.
Gotta correct myself here. I was talking about Marmite and assuming they were the same in this regard.. But apparently vegemite does not have the b12
It tastes nothing like Nutella. You only spread it thinly on toast. You can also make gravy with it. I used to be a chef.
Food is a subjective thing. One man's meat is another man's poison. When it comes to ingredients , palatablity i is also a matter of preparation. Not many people eat whole garlic cloves neat .They need to be pulverized and spread into other ingredients.
Everytime I visit my family in Aus, I come back with tub of Vegemite. I like it on toast with butter. If you don't like Vegemite you're unAustralian. And you probably drink Crown Lager. Baha
