Hi. I have just decided to go vegan. I have been a vegetarian all my life and now im taking the next step, i don't know how lont it'll last but hey! I was just wondering if anyone knew any good vegan recipies? i would really appreciate it!
id suggest buying The Vegan Sourcebook by Joanne Stephaniak....i just bought it and though i havent began reading it yet....it looks like amazing. it covers everything includ. recepies.

I am so HAPPY when i hear there are folks out there going vegan. Some ramdom info -beans: in sallad/vegoburger/sauces/dips -couscous: good with veggies (fried or cooked) -thai coconut curry: make a sauce with lime leaves, coconut milk, red or green curry paste and mix in veggies -potatoes: in oven, fried, in stew..... i found out that i learned a lot about cooking when going vegan- just practice!
Thanks Guys! This is way cool. ive been vegan for nearly three weeks now and its brilliant! ha ha. its a bit sad isn't it? only three weeks!! Its going okay, I was surprised at what doesnt contain animal products!!
ookay, im glad you guys are behind me. These people at my school, who suck by the way, keep going on at me and asking stupid questions, all because my friend told everyone i had gone vegan. It feels like ive been at it for ages but actually its not even been a month!
