Valentines Day is just a commercial holiday ..

 

Let's see...

This is my first Valentine's Day being spent with a partner, so I wanted to make it kinda neat.

I'm going to clean up the house today, making sure that there is NOTHING to keep me from just concentrating on Monosphere tomorrow.

Tomorrow, we have a midwife appointment at 9. After that, we're having breakfast somewhere (he knows where) and going to a Naughty Shop. Then he's dropping me off at home and going to work.

I'm going to make a marinated and grilled steak with steamed asparagus, baked potato with chives and butter, and a spinach salad. I'll meet him at the door, get him comfortable by taking off his shoes, passing him a loaded pipe, and rubbing his shoulders. We'll have dinner on the living room floor because it's supposed to be icky rainy outside tomorrow. A picnic inside. And then we'll see how the evening progresses from there.
