Using Penis Pump For Anal Suction / Rosebud

Hi everyone. I'm not a newbie with sex toys, have tried quite a few and have an appetite for even more, therefore have decided to stick with a reasonable price for every new toy I buy. I've recently started to contemplate ordering an anal / rosbad pump / suction device or whatever different stores call it. The problem is that the ones that are labeled for these purposes are quite dear. See an example right below (the cylinder has a built-in shaft).


On the other hand, there are pumps (usually cheap black coloured pumps with two types of handles with long cylinders) sold as penis pumps (see picture below). They have a black cap with a hole at the end. What I've noticed, however, browsing through several videos online is that these same penis pumps are used for anus / rosebud by removing the black cap and often placing a dildo inside the rectum before putting the cup on.
Hence I'm tempted to go for a much cheaper "penis pump" option and would be grateful to hear of others' experience with the wonderful world of anal pumping.
As the bottom line: should this pump work fine for the purposes envisaged?


P.S. Is the bum hair an obstacle for the cylinder to be properly attached to the area?
