Using a cross for worship is idolatry

The definition pretty much backs up my point. A symbol isn't necessarily an idol. It is only an idol if it is worshiped. If somebody is worshiping the cross, (s)he would be an idolator. But most Christians I know don't worship the cross, although they may revere it as a symbol of our Lord's sacrifice.

 

your grasping at wind..I know you want to hold on to that belief..but the cross is an idol and the definition does not back up your point at all..if fact, by disputing it you are just trying to hold on to mans tradition which leads to destruction..sorry..

Dude please... Both stances have been explained. Most people do not see having a cross in your house or church as adultery, you do. This wil not change. So what now?

Anyway. Are you going on with posting definitions and repeat the same things to people who either do not care what other peoples do with their crosses or to people who have no problem with the cross whatso-ever?

 

they dont have a problem with it cause they dont know the truth about the bible. I will use whatever is at my disposal to prove my point.

 

You made your point but you can not prove it. If you remain to be in peoples face with such attitude as in above post you will only prove the stereotype people have about your specific religion. I for one can not blame people for doing so

They are knocking on your door to share bible truths..just like Jesus did, Jesus and his disciples went to the people declaring the good news of the kingdom..same thing here, the world is crap and we all know it, Paul described it best when he talked about how people would be at the end and we see it..look around us, people have no natural affection for each other. The selfish inclination has taken over mankind and God is about ready to step in. We dont fall under mans traditions and doings. We get our inspiration from sharing an unpopular message..The TRUTH hurts, but somebody has to do it. Jehovah is smart..Jehovah witnesses now are almost in every country in the world spreading the good news..the time is coming, keep awake and seek God

 

I have nothing against Jehovha's witnesses. But with people that confront other people with the same rubbish (cause it may be the truth for you, but if you bring it up 'with anything you got' nobody may want to listen and regard it as such) over and over again. The best a jehova's witness could do is agree to disagree. But you should just stop trolling I guess.

and the stances I stand are the same for the all witnesses around the world..that is why we are imprisoned and killed..
