USB- C to become standard in Europe.

This sounds like a good idea. Under the Commission's proposal, a USB-C connector will become the standard port for all smartphones, tablets, cameras, headphones, portable speakers and handheld video-game consoles. The whole idea of USB to start with was to replace a multitude of different ports.
