Sorry guys, I haven't read the latest studies. Poor Old Dad's figures regarding racial differences in birth rates are no doubt based on good research. Thomas Malthus and the like (Club of Rome, or Paul Ehrlich) still hold sway: there are going to be more people, with exponential increases in population totals resulting from the birth/death rates, and limited resources, many of them non-renewable. Herd crash coming. A hard one. Happens to rabbits all the time. My advice? Wear that condom, eat that birth control pill, whatever it takes. I don't have any children, so when I pass (20 years from now if I'm lucky) I won't be part of the problem. Are you part of the problem, or part of the solution?
No children here. By a conscious choice. I'll probably regret it in my old age. But it's a choice I made.
