I'll say again, all this rhetoric about "terrorists" using women and children as "human shields" doesn't make sense when Israel is shooting ROCKETS into entire NEIGHBORHOODS. It wouldn't matter if all the men stood together in a group, if the weapon used is massive overkill. Further, we have nothing but Israel's WORD that terrorists are being targeted, that the people they are killing are actually terrorists at all, that they have proven ANYTHING about ANYONE. Why don't they go in and capture these supposed terrorists and put them on TRIAL, if they have evidence against them? They have the ability to do so. But I guess just randomly shooting rockets into neighborhoods is a "better" option.

Blaming the women and children who are killed is obscene. But expected from Americans, who can't seem to get enough blood to drink.

 

Actually its Israel that feeds the US this BS, and they lap it up like candy.

Dropping bombs like that is the better option if you want to totally destroy everything in the area and drive all it's inhabitants out so that you can build new settlements. Gaza is on the coast you know...tons of money to be made there

I have FAMILY there. Palestinian family though so they probably don't count. They live in Ramallah, Jaffa and Tel Aviv, just to name a few places.

Just because YOU had a bad experience with Arab men doesn't mean that they are all like that. Granted some of them do treat their women like shit, and do carry it too far, but I have seen Western men treat their women the same.

 

The POINT of this post, which you unsuprisingly don't "get" as usual (or are pretending not to get anyway) is the HYPOCRISY of the US regime in choosing which "rogue states" to invade. NOT that I ACTUALLY want ANY NATION invaded. I am ANTIWAR. I don't believe war is the solution to anything. I believe that ALL this garbage will only perpetuate violence on this planet, because that is what it has done throughout humanity's existence. Since the advent of the ruling elite, this planet has had an estimated 9 years of peace.

When I went down to the march on April 25. I went down with the Union of Reform Judeism. There were 3 female Rabbis on that bus and they all had nothing but bad words to say about Israel and Bush.

they are downright disgusted by the situation.

well, of course some would.. and depending on the situation, i could very well do so. i know i wouldn't allow it near my children, though.

 

No otter not most, SOME. Most would live there if they could and send money to support the occupation. Look it up. Not to mention that when some item hits the news that doesn't seem to shed a beautiful light on Israel they are boycotting major corporations until they get their way, and it works.

an entirely different culture, perhaps? one where they're teaching their children to idolize suicide bombers? if they are allowing their children to be used and human shields, they wouldn't be the first culture to do so.

not specifically so, but i've watched several programs on the "death culture" being propagated within many palistinian cultures, wherein the children are trading suicide bomber trading cards and idolising various terrorists. i would equate that with various amercian parents allowing and therefore teaaching the idolisation of athletes or violent type heroes. while i'm certain it's not the entirety of palestinian parents, who are probably just trying to make a living and keep body and soul together, it's not secret that militant people raise militant children.
