I can't find the thread where the scottish dude said he was gonna punch his neighbor, did it get deleted? OP never responded as far as I know so i'm assuming he got fucken dropped by the guy.

he wanted to take violent vengeance on someone whom he might have only imagined in his head to have been slighted by.
what if the guy he thought called the cops on him, didn't even have a phone, let alone called anyone?

what if instead, the guy he thought had done that, had only been overheard by his apartment manager talking to himself about it,
or someone else, who didn't have the option of letting it slide.

i hear drunks talking like that all the time when they get kicked out because they drank up all their rent money.
