Wow!!!

 

Hell yeah! Full throttle!

 

Upnorthguy sent his Easter snow over to us today. It’s supposed to be in the upper 70’s by next weekend. That’s springtime up north!

 

1.2 inches of rain in Hartford. Heard there was at least a little snow up by Albany, NY. T'was none in Springfield, MA at all.

 

Been a little while since I posted anything, but we are recently ice free on lakes. No leaves on trees and grass is still brown though. Need warmer weather!

But I walked down to the shore and took this pic after work today. We're ready for sunsets!

Saw these 3 lounging around today.

 

Here a group in our front yard cleaning up acorns in the fall.

 

Conditions are perfect for red neck yard waste disposal this morning.

 

This is awesome! Love burn piles and bonfires.

 

Still a wee bit of ice on lakes up north, but that'll be gone very soon. Maybe a day if it gets windy.

Checking in on my favorite dock cam, it's only a matter of wind now. Just a little dark ice on the main lake which can be seen in the background.

 

This week of hot temps should do it!

 

Yeah, that's mostly just slush out there on a sizeable lake. It'll be gone tomorrow with the wind that's coming.

 

Perfect night for grilling and eating out on the deck! Finally made it to the mid 70F WITHOUT 20-30mph winds!

 

And we're finally starting to get leaf growth on the trees.

 

That’s where we were two weeks ago. The trees are leafy now except for oaks.
